Professional And Experienced Consumer Advocacy
Biography
For more than 18 years, Amy Wells has advocated for consumers harmed by unfair business practices. Today, she seeks justice through vigorous litigation in federal courts across the United States in the realm of class actions, mass actions, and high-value individual cases. Attorney Wells has obtained millions of dollars of relief for her clients.
In addition to litigating, consulting, and co-counseling with other attorneys and law firms around the country in the consumer law context, Ms. Wells also passionately advocates on behalf of members of the LGBTQ+ community, fighting discrimination in the workplace and communities. She also helps disabled persons obtain access to relief when they are denied necessary services.
