Amy L. Wells, Founder of Wells Law - Chicago

Most people don’t set out to spend their career battling giant corporations on behalf of everyday consumers and families—but that’s exactly what I’ve made my life’s work. It’s more than a profession for me; it’s a passion, and the mission of Wells Law - Chicago. When I’m not at Wells Law - Chicago engaged in the fight for justice, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, traveling with my partner, or keeping up with our doodle, Paxton—Wells Law - Chicago's ever-faithful mascot.

I founded Wells Law Office in 2006, officially hanging my proverbial shingle in Dayton, Ohio. After a decade of accomplishments, I relocated to Chicago, where I joined a nationally recognized consumer protection class action firm and spent five years honing my practice. In time, I reestablished my own firm as Wells Law – Chicago. Today, I continue advocating for consumers in both high-stakes individual cases and in class and mass actions. I am privileged to collaborate with some of the nation’s most accomplished co-counsel, which has allowed me to expand my firm’s reach and impact nationwide.

For over two decades, I’ve transformed credit report errors, defective automobiles, and relentless robocalls into meaningful victories for Wells Law - Chicago clients—securing millions of dollars in relief for consumers during my career.

I believe consumers deserve the same firepower as the corporations they face, and I’ve built Wells Law - Chicago to deliver exactly that. If you’re looking for a consumer rights attorney who combines proven courtroom results with genuine compassion, let’s connect. Contact Wells Law - Chicago for a free case review today.

I look forward to hearing from you.
