For individuals seeking prompt, personalized legal guidance, Wells Law – Chicago offers one-on-one attorney consultations by phone or video conference. These customized consultations are not a part of our free case review process.
We also offer documents reviews, where the attorney can review and analyze your case-specific documents and provide legal guidance.
Consults and document reviews are subject to availability. This is a limited-scope engagement and does not include ongoing representation unless separately agreed in writing.
What an Attorney Consultation Includes
•A dedicated session of up to 30 minutes with the attorney
•An opportunity to ask your legal questions
•An opportunity to review relevant documents together during the call
🕖 Evening or weekend appointments may be available depending on the attorney’s schedule.
To make the most of your consultation time, we encourage you to provide any relevant documents before the meeting.
What a Document Review Includes

Fee Structure
The fee for an attorney consultation is $500, which covers up to 30 minutes of the attorney’s time.

This is a flat fee service for the reservation of the attorney’s time.

Refunds are not provided if less time is used.

Additional time or follow-up work, if desired, requires a separate agreement and is based on availability.
Fees for a Document Review are tailored based on your objectives and the scope of documents involved. A clear scope and fee will be confirmed in advance.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card through our secure portal (a link will be provided upon scheduling). There is no fee for paying by card.
Availability
Attorney consultations and document analyses are offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of your legal issue and the attorney’s availability.
