Attorney Consultation & Comprehensive Document Analysis
For individuals seeking prompt, personalized legal guidance, Wells Law – Chicago offers one-on-one attorney consultations by phone or video conference. These customized consultations are not a part of our free case review process.
What an Attorney Consultation Includes
•A dedicated session of up to 30 minutes with the attorney
•An opportunity to ask you legal questions
•An opportunity to review relevant documents together during the call
🕖 Evening or weekend appointments may be available depending on the attorney’s schedule.
To make the most of your consultation time, we encourage you to provide any relevant documents before the meeting.
Fee Structure
The fee for an attorney consultation is $500, which covers up to 30 minutes of the attorney’s time.

The fee for a comprehensive document analysis is determined on a case by case basis. The scope is also tailored to your individual needs and goals. It generally includes services including some or all of the following:
• analysis of your documents
• legal research
• identification of applicable legal claims
• outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the applicable claims
• presentation of what representation terms, if any, we may be able to offer through our office.
Once we determine your particular needs and goals and the scope of the analysis you seek, we will provide you with the best available flat fee.
Availability
Attorney consultations and document analyses are offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of your legal issue and the attorney’s availability.
